ZILVO VS EVABOOT

Zilvo vs Evaboot: which Sales Navigator scraper fits your workflow?

Zilvo and Evaboot solve a similar starting problem: getting leads and accounts out of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and checking whether the results actually match the search you built.

Where they differ is what happens around that extraction.

Evaboot combines Sales Navigator export, filter checking, data cleaning and professional email enrichment. It also offers integrations and API access.

Zilvo focuses on fast, low-cost extraction, employment-level filter verification and the ability to take companies into deeper ICP analysis after the export.

Entry-plan extraction cost

Evaboot

$0.09

per export

Zilvo Basic

$0.004

per export

22.5x

lower per-export rate at entry pricing.

Compared with Evaboot's $9 / 100-credit starter plan. Larger Evaboot plans may have different per-credit economics.

THE SHORT ANSWER

The products overlap, but they are not the same.

If your workflow is mainly

Sales Navigator → export leads → find professional emails

Evaboot is the more complete product today.

If your workflow is

Sales Navigator → extract a large list → verify the targeting → understand which companies actually fit your ICP

Zilvo is built more closely around that job.

The biggest difference is cost. Evaboot's current entry plan is $9/month for 100 credits, with one lead or account export consuming one credit. Zilvo Basic costs $10 for 2,500 credits, also at one credit per exported lead or account.

That works out to $0.09 per export with Evaboot's starter plan and $0.004 per export with Zilvo Basic.

CAPABILITY COMPARISON

Zilvo vs Evaboot at a glance

Evaboot documents filter checking, CSV/XLSX downloads, email finding, integrations, API access and recurring exports. Zilvo takes a different approach around extraction cost, employment-level verification and deeper company research.

PRICING

Pricing is where the difference becomes large.

Evaboot starts at $9/month for 100 credits.

One exported lead or account costs one credit. Finding and verifying a professional email costs another credit, so a lead exported with a verified email consumes two credits.

Zilvo uses the same simple unit for extraction: 1 lead = 1 credit and 1 account = 1 credit. But Zilvo sells credits as one-time packs.

27x

36x

These comparisons are specifically against Evaboot's $9 / 100-credit starter plan. Evaboot offers larger plans, so its per-credit economics can change as usage increases.

Evaboot also does not currently offer standalone credit purchases. Its own documentation says users with an irregular requirement can subscribe and cancel, with credits remaining available for the billing period.

For teams that mainly want Sales Navigator extraction, this pricing difference can become material very quickly.

FILTER VERIFICATION

Both products verify Sales Navigator results.

This is important. Evaboot is not simply a scraper that blindly downloads whatever Sales Navigator returns.

Evaboot says it re-checks each lead against the original Sales Navigator filters. The exported file contains a verdict and, when a lead doesn't match, a reason.

Zilvo does the same fundamental job.

The difference is in the rule Zilvo applies when a person has multiple current positions.

Sales Navigator search

Founder / Co-FounderCompany size: 11–50

Business Head · Company A

11–50 employees

Title ✕Size ✓

Co-Founder · Company B

1–10 employees

Title ✓Size ✕

Verified Mismatch

No individual employment satisfies both conditions.

One current employment must satisfy all mandatory Sales Navigator filters together.

Zilvo will not take the title from one job and the company size from another and combine them into a false match.

Zilvo uses three verification states

Verified Match

At least one current employment satisfies the complete filter set.

Verified Mismatch

Every possible current employment fails at least one required condition.

Unverified

A role could satisfy the search, but required information cannot be established reliably.

For example, a person's title and geography may match while the required company headcount cannot be verified. Instead of guessing, Zilvo leaves the record as Unverified. That distinction becomes useful when you're working with thousands of records.

BEYOND LINKEDIN FILTERS

Sales Navigator fit is not always ICP fit.

Sales Navigator might tell you: Industry: Software, Employees: 11–50, Location: United States, Title: Founder.

Those filters may be correct. But perhaps your actual ICP is B2B SaaS companies selling compliance software to regional banks.

Sales Navigator cannot always answer that.

Company Analyze

Turn company websites into structured classifications.

Is this genuinely SaaS?
Does it sell a product or a service?
Who does it sell to?
What does the product actually do?
Does it match a custom ICP definition?

Sales Navigator Verification

Did the lead match the filters used to build the search?

Company Analyze

Is this actually the kind of business we want to target?

That second layer is one of Zilvo's main differences from a standalone Sales Navigator scraper.

Where Evaboot is stronger today

Evaboot has several capabilities Zilvo does not currently offer. The largest one is email enrichment.

Evaboot can find and verify professional email addresses from exported Sales Navigator leads. Its pricing allocates one credit to the export and one additional credit when a professional email is found and verified.

Evaboot also currently provides API access, integrations, recurring exports and CSV/XLSX downloads.

Zilvo does not currently provide email or phone enrichment, and its integrations are still being built.

If you want Sales Navigator → verified email → outreach tool without adding another enrichment product, Evaboot has the stronger workflow today.

We wouldn't hide that difference.

Where Zilvo is different

Zilvo's strongest case is when extraction itself is only the first step.

You can extract up to 2,500 leads or accounts in a single Zilvo extraction, and the current product can complete an extraction of that size in under a minute.

Zilvo does not impose its own daily extraction limit.

LinkedIn can still impose restrictions on accounts, so users should treat the absence of a Zilvo limit as throughput capability rather than an invitation to ignore LinkedIn's platform rules.

Evaboot deliberately caps usage at 2,500 leads or 1,000 accounts per 24 hours per Sales Navigator account, explaining that the limit is intended to reduce account risk.

The two products have therefore made different trade-offs around extraction.

EXPORT DATA

What do you actually get from Zilvo?

A Zilvo lead export can include fields such as name, geography, current position, company, tenure, title, company industry, company location, company URL and LinkedIn profile URL.

Account extractions include fields such as company name, industry, employee range, employee count, description and company URL.

Evaboot currently exports a broader LinkedIn dataset, including additional company and profile fields, and can add professional emails when available.

Evaboot

Richer contact-enrichment workflow.

Zilvo

Much lower extraction cost plus a path into deeper company classification.
