5. Data Processing by Zilvo Product
This section describes the information accessed and processed by individual Zilvo tools.
5.1 LinkedIn Sales Navigator Lead Scraper
Purpose. The LinkedIn Sales Navigator Lead Scraper helps users extract professional contact information from Sales Navigator searches and organize the results into structured prospect lists.
How information is collected. The user selects a supported LinkedIn Sales Navigator search and initiates an extraction operation. After extraction begins, Zilvo may automatically open or navigate to relevant LinkedIn professional profile pages and related company pages. The Extension reads the professional information required to complete the selected extraction task. A single initiated task may involve accessing multiple relevant profile pages without requiring the user to click each profile individually.
Information processed. This can include professional names, job titles, current employers, locations, LinkedIn profile URLs, professional details, and selected search criteria. The LinkedIn Lead Scraper does not extract prospect email addresses or phone numbers.
How information is used. The information is organized into structured records, associated with the user’s Zilvo account, and made available for review and export.
Storage. Extracted records and related processing information are transmitted securely to Zilvo’s backend and stored for historical access.
Third-party processing. AWS, Vercel, and MongoDB Atlas support the applicable backend, application, and storage operations. OpenAI is not used for the LinkedIn Lead Scraper’s extraction or verification workflow.

- Company names.
- Company LinkedIn URLs.
- Company websites.
- Industries.

- Employee counts or company-size ranges.
- Company descriptions.
- Relevant account-search filters.
How information is collected. The user starts an account extraction task. Zilvo may then access the relevant company pages required to complete the operation.
How information is used. Zilvo structures company information into account datasets that users can review and export for business research and account-based prospecting.
Storage. Extracted account information is stored within the applicable user account for historical access.
5.3 Lead and Company Verification
Purpose. Zilvo helps users check whether extracted professional and company records match the criteria used in their searches.
Information processed. Verification may use:

Third-party processing. The LinkedIn extraction and verification workflow does not use OpenAI.

Information processed. Depending on available listing details and selected features, Zilvo may collect business names, categories, addresses, geographical coordinates, websites, publicly listed business phone numbers, ratings, review information, and other relevant listing attributes.
How information is collected. The user initiates a supported Google Maps extraction based on selected business categories and geographical criteria. Zilvo processes relevant business listings and organizes the results.
How information is used. The extracted information is used to create structured business lists for local market research, prospecting, territory analysis, and export.
Storage. Extraction settings, operational records, and available saved results may be retained in accordance with the relevant product’s history and account functionality.
