ZILVO VS SCRUPP

Zilvo vs Scrupp: which Sales Navigator scraper should you use?

Both Zilvo and Scrupp can turn a LinkedIn Sales Navigator search into structured lead or company data.

But they have been built around different priorities.

Scrupp has expanded beyond Sales Navigator scraping into email and phone enrichment, Apollo and LinkedIn scraping, APIs, CRM integrations and other prospecting workflows.

Zilvo puts more emphasis on inexpensive, fast extraction, checking whether the extracted records genuinely satisfy the Sales Navigator filters, and taking those companies into deeper ICP analysis afterwards.

The price difference is also substantial.

Compared with Scrupp's $35 / 1,000-credit one-time pack and Zilvo Basic's $10 / 2,500-credit pack.

THE SHORT ANSWER

Scrupp is broader. Zilvo goes deeper on list verification.

If your workflow is mainly

Sales Navigator → email + phone → CRM/outreach

Scrupp is currently the more complete product.

If your workflow is

Sales Navigator → extract → verify the targeting → qualify companies against your actual ICP

Zilvo is built more closely around that workflow.

There is also a large difference in extraction economics.

Scrupp's smallest one-time pack is currently $35 for 1,000 credits, with one Sales Navigator scrape consuming one credit.

Zilvo Basic gives you 2,500 credits for $10, with one lead or account extraction also consuming one credit.

Scrupp: $0.035 per extracted record

Zilvo Basic: $0.004 per extracted record

That's an 8.75x difference at those entry-level one-time packs.

PRICING

The pricing difference is hard to ignore.

Scrupp gives users more functionality around enrichment.

But if the job you are paying for is Sales Navigator extraction, Zilvo is materially cheaper.

Scrupp1,000$35$0.035

Scrupp's one-time prices are taken from its current public pricing page. Its one-time credits do not expire.

At the lower end, Zilvo Basic is 8.75x cheaper per extraction than Scrupp's 1,000-credit pack. And even Scrupp's 100,000-credit pack works out to about $0.006 per credit, versus $0.0025 for Zilvo Premium. That's still roughly a 2.4x difference per extracted record.

API access begins at Pro. For 1,000 monthly Scrupp credits: $29 / 1,000 = $0.029 per credit. versus Zilvo Basic = $0.004 per credit. That comparison is specifically for extraction credits; Scrupp also gives buyers access to capabilities Zilvo does not currently provide.

ENRICHMENT

Scrupp does much more than scrape Sales Navigator.

And that is probably its biggest advantage.

Scrupp can add verified professional emails, phone numbers, company enrichment, standard LinkedIn extraction, Apollo extraction and API workflows.

Scrupp describes a fully enriched record with scrape + verified email + phone as consuming four credits.

If your top priority is "Give me a Sales Navigator list with emails and phone numbers ready for outreach," Scrupp has the stronger workflow today.

Zilvo currently does not find email addresses or phone numbers.

Scrupp enrichment credits

Sales Navigator scrape
1 credit
Verified work email
+1 credit
Phone number
+2 credits

So if you want to go directly from Sales Navigator → contact details → outreach, Scrupp can reduce the number of products in that workflow.

FILTER VERIFICATION

Zilvo asks a different question after the scrape.

Scrupp's public documentation focuses heavily on getting Sales Navigator data out, cleaning it and enriching the resulting contacts.

What we could not find in Scrupp's public documentation was a post-extraction system that re-checks every lead against the complete original Sales Navigator filter set.

That's important because Sales Navigator itself can return surprising results.

The question isn't always: Did the scraper correctly export what LinkedIn showed?

Sometimes it is: Should LinkedIn have returned this person for my search in the first place?

That's the problem Zilvo's verification layer is designed to address.

Sales Navigator search

Founder / Co-FounderCompany size: 11–50

Business Head · Company A

11–50 employees

Title ✕Size ✓

Co-Founder · Company B

1–10 employees

Title ✓Size ✕

Verified Mismatch

No individual employment satisfies both conditions.

Zilvo verifies one employment, not a collection of attributes.

Suppose your search is: Founder / Co-Founder, 11–50 employee company. At person level, Founder ✓ and 11–50 employees ✓. But those two facts belong to different employments. No actual role-company combination satisfies your search. Zilvo therefore follows one rule: one current employment must satisfy all mandatory Sales Navigator filters together.

There are three outcomes, not two.

Zilvo deliberately keeps uncertainty visible.

Verified Match

At least one current employment satisfies the complete filter set.

Verified Mismatch

Every possible current employment fails at least one required condition.

Unverified

A role could satisfy the search, but required information cannot be established reliably.

For example, a person's title and geography may match while the required company headcount cannot be verified. Instead of guessing, Zilvo leaves the record as Unverified. That distinction becomes useful when you're working with thousands of records.

ICP QUALIFICATION

Zilvo goes further on company qualification.

A correctly filtered Sales Navigator lead can still be a poor ICP.

For example, Sales Navigator might confirm: Founder, 11–50 employees, Software industry, United States.

But perhaps what you actually sell to is: Vertical SaaS businesses selling workflow software to US healthcare providers.

There isn't a clean LinkedIn filter for that.

This is where the second part of Zilvo's workflow begins.

Company Analyze

Turn company websites into structured classifications.

Is this genuinely SaaS?
Does it sell a product or a service?
Who does it sell to?
What does the product actually do?
Does it match a custom ICP definition?

Sales Navigator Verification

Did the lead match the filters used to build the search?

Company Analyze

Is this actually the kind of company we want to target?

So Zilvo distinguishes between filter fit and ICP fit. Those are not always the same thing.

EXTRACTION SPEED

What about extraction speed?

This is another meaningful difference.

Zilvo can currently extract up to 2,500 Sales Navigator leads or accounts in less than a minute under normal product conditions.

Scrupp's own pricing FAQ says it processes approximately 250 leads per minute, with a 2,500-lead Sales Navigator search typically taking around 10 minutes.

These are vendor-stated product figures rather than an independent benchmark, so they should be read that way. Still, if extraction speed matters, the difference is substantial on paper.

Vendor-stated extraction time for ~2,500 leads

~10 min

Scrupp

~250 leads/minute

<1 min

Zilvo

Figures are from each product's own documentation and should be treated as indicative rather than independently benchmarked.

DATA SOURCES

Scrupp has a broader data-source strategy.

Scrupp isn't only a Sales Navigator product anymore.

Its current product supports LinkedIn Sales Navigator, standard LinkedIn, Apollo, CSV enrichment, email enrichment, phone enrichment and REST API workflows.

It also advertises integrations or workflows around HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Pipedrive, Notion and other tools.

That makes Scrupp attractive if the objective is to consolidate several lead-data operations into one product.

Zilvo takes a different approach. Its broader suite moves into areas such as Sales Navigator scraping, Google Maps prospecting, company analysis, AI visibility, Search Console analysis and research-led content creation.

So the breadth exists in both products, but in different directions.

Neither product imposes a daily extraction cap

Scrupp says there is no Scrupp daily lead-export limit beyond available credits, although its documentation identifies 2,500 results as the normal Sales Navigator platform limit per search.

Zilvo similarly does not impose its own daily extraction quota.

That does not mean unlimited extraction is risk-free. LinkedIn can restrict activity on an account, and users of either product need to consider platform rules and account safety.

DECISION GUIDE

Which one fits your workflow?

Choose Zilvo when...

  • You're primarily paying to extract Sales Navigator leads or accounts and care about keeping that cost low.
  • You want the extracted list re-checked against the filters that created it.
  • Your searches contain people with multiple current roles and you care about matching the correct title to the correct company.
  • You want ambiguity marked explicitly rather than guessed.
  • Your ICP goes beyond LinkedIn filters.
  • You want to move extracted companies into website-based company classification.
  • Extraction speed matters.

Choose Scrupp when...

  • You want verified professional emails in the same workflow.
  • You need direct phone enrichment.
  • You also scrape standard LinkedIn or Apollo.
  • You need CRM integrations today.
  • You need an API today.
  • You want exports to continue in the cloud after starting the job.
  • You want a broader contact-enrichment product rather than primarily an extraction and qualification workflow.

PRACTICAL DIFFERENCE

Zilvo vs Scrupp: the practical difference

Scrupp is becoming a broad lead-data and enrichment platform.

That's useful if your main problem after Sales Navigator is: How do I get contact information and push these people into the rest of my sales stack?

Zilvo is solving a somewhat different problem: How do I cheaply get this Sales Navigator list out, check whether LinkedIn actually returned the audience I asked for, and then determine which companies genuinely fit my ICP?

There is overlap. But the workflows diverge quite quickly after extraction.
